Jennifer Ramos, MPAP, PA-C, ADE

Jen Ramos joined the Pediatric Hematology Oncology department in fall of 2007, after graduating from the USC PA Program (Fight On!). She has always had a love for working with children and fell in love with Hematology Oncology after hearing a lecture from one of her mentors in school. Her biggest passion is establishing meaningful connections with her patients and their families, and loves working with the variety of nurses and care providers in her division. A day at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) never feels like work because she loves what she does!

In addition to her clinical work at CHLA, she loves to teach and is on faculty at three of the local PA programs in Southern California. Her love for teaching and finding creative ways to provide medical education via technology has led to her receiving the Apple Distinguished Educator award.

In her spare time, Jen loves spending time with family and watching her kiddos play sports. She is also a huge dog lover and adores her two pups!
