Yvette Goodridge, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and work as a Nurse Practitioner, in the division of pain medicine. I started doing pain medicine on the East Coast, and realized later that I like the gratification of watching kids progressively heal and get better from pain, and different kinds of pain syndromes. Once I migrated to CHLA, I could not imagine doing anything else. I enjoy working with children because of their unique will to get better, therefore seem to heal/bounce back faster than some adults. I have worked with kids for many years, and even though I am still learning, my new goal is to educate young nurses and advance practice providers coming into the profession to be skillful at their job.

I enjoy traveling the world and immersing myself into different cultures.
