Faculty Development Series: Designing Clinical Mixed Methods Research

Mixed methods research offers investigators the opportunity to answer clinical questions with a broader perspective by using a quantitative and qualitative approach. However, because this discipline is evolving quickly, few tools exist for guiding and assessing this type of inquiry.
