Children are more than just small adults. Prescribing medications for a young person is a science in and of itself.
Our hospital provides a significant contribution to the treatment of children through its fourth-year pediatric pharmacy clerkship offered to 4th year University of Southern California School of Pharmacy students. During the six-week rotation, students learn about medications prescribed for children and their applications, including:
