My passion for vascular access and devices began during my 6 years of bedside nursing on the Bone Marrow Transplant unit here at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. After becoming a nurse practitioner, I was able to join the Central Venous Catheter Team to specialize in vascular access device selection and complication management for patients across our hospital. Within this role, I also get to continue fulfilling my passion for caring for Hematology Oncology patients and perform procedures much needed for their care.
