Physician Assistant

I pursued medicine through a combination of fascination and wanting to serve. I was able to combine both of these passions as a Hospital Corpsman with the US Navy. During that role, I gained exposure and training to a variety of disciplines including emergency medicine, neurology, and pediatrics. It was a natural transition for me to pursue a career as a physician assistant afterward. Pediatric epilepsy was the perfect calling as I was able to build upon my prior experience and continue expanding my knowledge. I truly enjoy being a part of CHLA. The care we provide to our patients and families, and working with an amazing team is a big part of that. Personal interests: spending time with my family, reading to my children, hiking, cooking, soccer, tennis, strategic board games.
