Danica Liberman, MD, MPH
Originally from Thousand Oaks, Dr. Liberman recently returned to Southern California after living on the East Coast for 14 years. In DC, she became interested in politics, particularly in issues of child health, health care policy, and general public health. In addition to her clinical work and policy interests, Dr. Liberman also dedicates much of her time to “Asniya,” an organization that places medical students on Indian reservations throughout the U.S. to teach health and science to children at tribal schools.
When not working in some capacity, she enjoys taking advantage of being back in Southern California – playing soccer, spending time with old friends and family, and exploring all that LA has to offer, but also jumps at the opportunity to travel both close to home and abroad.
