Nurse Practitioner

Hello! As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a mother to three, I strive to bring warmth, expertise, and compassion to my work.

My healthcare journey began at the University of Florida, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2010. This led to nursing roles in the Pediatric ICU at Shands Children’s Hospital in Gainesville, FL and then at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis in the Pre-Post Op Care Unit.

Achieving a graduate degree in Acute and Primary Care Pediatrics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2017 deepened my dedication and broadened my capability to care for our youngest patients. Since 2018, I have been part of the CHLA family, where I continue to learn, grow, and contribute to pediatric cardiac medicine, a field that deeply resonates with me for its complexities and the profound impact it has on families.

Certified by the PNCB in both acute and primary care pediatrics, I'm committed to the highest standards of pediatric healthcare. My research interest is in the field of post-op nutritional support for infants with congenital heart disease.

Outside the hospital, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and caring for my garden of California native plants. These personal passions enrich my life, offering balance and joy that I bring back to my professional role.

I'm privileged to support families during critical moments, offering not just medical care but a reassuring presence. Each child's journey is unique, and being a part of their healing process is a profound honor.
