Michelle Mathevosian, MD

Dr. Mathevosian is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the University of Southern California in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). She earned her medical degree at Chicago Medical School and completed her pediatric residency at University of California Los Angeles, Mattel Children’s Hospital. She went on to do her pediatric cardiology fellowship at Baylor University, Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas and subsequently completed an advanced fellowship in non-invasive cardiac imaging focusing on fetal cardiology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Dr. Mathevosian is a board-certified pediatrician and is subspecialty board eligible in pediatric cardiology.

Dr. Mathevosian expertise is in transthoracic, transesophageal, and fetal echocardiography and is a member of the Fetal Maternal Center at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center where she cares for fetuses diagnosed with congenital malformations. She cares for children with congenital and acquired heart disease in the inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. She also is interested in Medical Education and is actively involved in resident and fellow education.
