Physician Assistant

Nicole joined the Jackie and Gene Autry Orthopedic Center as a PA in 2022 where she works primarily with the lower extremity deformity and brachial plexus/peripheral nerve injury teams. Prior to that she worked as a researcher in the department’s Motion and Sports Analysis Lab from 2010-2019 where her work focused on bone deficits in children and adolescents with spina bifida, biomechanics in young athletes following ACL injury, and muscle and bone changes in adolescents during treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia. She has coauthored over 30 peer-reviewed papers.

After several years as a researcher, Nicole was inspired to join the clinical side of medicine to work more directly with patients, families and their treatments.
