Attending Neonatologist
Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics, Keck School of Medicine of USC

I am thrilled to join the neonatologists at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and to contribute to the high-quality clinical care and research that is ongoing within the division. I was motivated to become a neonatologist in order to give every infant the best opportunity for a healthy childhood. My clinical interests include high-risk deliveries, minimally invasive surfactant therapies, point-of-care ultrasound, and very low birth weight infants.

As a former Chief Resident, I am also passionate about medical education and mentorship. My research is centered on equity-focused quality improvement and qualitative research focused on addressing inequities in neonatal health outcomes, particularly among Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander families. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, dancing (I am trained in Bharat Natyam, a South Indian classical dance form), and traveling with my husband.
