Sophavy Vermillion, MPAP, PA-C
Sophavy graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at the Keck School of Medicine of USC in 2017 and soon after joined the Jackie and Gene Autry Orthopedic Center at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Her interest in medicine began at a young age, sparked by her mother’s health struggles. This personal connection fueled her passion, leading her to volunteer with children in her local community and solidifying her desire to pursue pediatrics. She earned her degree in Biology from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, which further confirmed her ambition to become a physician assistant.
Outside of work, Sophavy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, traveling, and exploring new restaurants—especially those in Los Angeles.
