Communication Meetings

Communication Meetings are meetings between the residents and residency program leadership. They are scheduled every two months during the noon hour and used to discuss residency program issues/changes. Residents and program leadership attend these meetings.

Quarterly Meetings

Quarterly meetings are meetings between the residents and our hospital’s leadership, including the President and CEO, the Chief Medical Officer and the Designated Institutional Official. These are held during the noon hour and are meant to provide residents an opportunity to hear from and provide feedback to hospital leadership.

PGY-1 Retreat

This is a two-day/two-night retreat in February attended by all first-year residents, program leadership and program coordinators.

PGY-2 Retreat

This is a one-day off-site retreat that focuses on career and fellowship guidance, fiscal planning, and team building.

PGY-3 Retreat

This is a one-day off-site retreat with a focus on evaluating job opportunities and contract negotiations, advocacy in practice, and team building.
