Radiology and Imaging Research
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is home to experts who are advancing childhood illness diagnosis and treatment through research. We are also exploring new possibilities for pediatric radiology and imaging. Our researchers are working toward new methods of capturing and interpreting pediatric imaging studies.
Our Radiology and Imaging Research Interests
Radiologists and scientists at Children’s Hospital answer important questions about pediatric medical imaging through research. Research includes basic science studies in our labs and implementing new technologies and methods.
Our pediatric radiology and imaging research interests include:
- Biomarkers and their ability to predict the risk of chronic disease
