GI Division to Welcome 7 New Fellows in 2020
Seven new fellows are set to join the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in July 2020.
Children’s Hospital is one of only four pediatric hospitals in the country to offer advanced training opportunities in gastroenterology, transplant hepatology, GI nutrition and intestinal rehabilitation, motility and neurogastroenterology, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Both the gastroenterology and transplant hepatology fellowships are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The other three fellowships, which were added in 2019, are one-year, non-ACGME-accredited programs.
