Eugenia Ho, MD, MPH
Dr. Eugenia Ho is an attending child neurologist at Children's Hospital Los Angeles with a particular interest in neurological disorders that occur in the newborn period. She is Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. She completed a child neurology residency followed by stroke and neonatal neurology fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School. She is the director of the Neurocritical Care Consultation Service and Fetal-Neonatal Neurology Program.
My interest is in neonates, infants, and children with acute neurological disorders. I work in a multi-disciplinary team with neonatologists, intensivists, neuroradiologists, and neurosurgeons to provide comprehensive evaluation and management for these critically ill children. I also work with perinatologists in the Fetal-Maternal Center (FMC) to provide prenatal consultations when a brain abnormality is suspected. I participate in clinical research looking at methods to mitigate the effects of brain injury in hopes of improving neurodevelopmental outcomes.
