I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. I grew up in a family with many members in the medical field and always found myself fascinated by my biology and physiology coursework in high school and college. This, combined with my general love of children, made a career in pediatrics a natural choice. I attended the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where I was part of the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society, and completed my pediatric internship and residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Since completing residency in 2021, I have served as a Neonatal Hospitalist in the CHLA NICCU. My main clinical interests include bedside teaching for students, residents, and staff; respiratory physiology and ventilator management; and quality improvement, particularly in sedation and delirium prevention and management.
Outside of work, I am an avid novel reader and sports enthusiast. I also enjoy traveling, particularly on cruises, and exploring new cities and cultures.
