The Faculty Development team within the Office of Academic Affairs oversees procedures regarding the appointments and promotions process. The faculty development team coordinates with faculty to review materials needed for dossiers that are submitted for consideration of their appointments/promotions.
First and foremost, candidates must ensure that they meet the criteria for a promotion based on the proposed rank and track. For individuals who would like to discuss possible promotion, please e-mail the following to the Faculty Development Team at facultydevelopment@chla.usc.edu:

You will be directed to Workfront, our project request system. Use your CHLA computer credentials to log in.
On the top menu, click on Requests and click on "New Request".
Choose CHLA.org Request Queue from the first drop down menu (under Select A Request Type)
Choose Web Bios from the second menu (under CHLA.org Request Queue).
Fill in the rest of the form and then click Submit at the bottom of the page.
